Experienced Journeyman & Apprentice Electricians – Costa Mesa, CA​

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our team, you will:

  • Install, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems for residential custom homes, remodels and service-work assignments

  • Coordinate with office staff, project managers, supervisors and co-workers regarding schedule, scope of work and job progress

  • Use a smartphone/web-based applications to track job information, change orders, timesheets and materials used

  • Read and interpret plans, maintain good documentation of work completed and materials used

  • Uphold a solution-oriented mindset: be professional, on-time daily, ready to work independently when needed, and a positive contributor on team jobs

Are You a Good Fit?

We're looking for candidates who:

  • Have previous experience in the electrical trade (Journeyman: 4+ years; Apprentice: some field experience)

  • Possess strong knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance and repair of systems and equipment

  • Can read/write English, have a valid California driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Are physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, working in a variety of job‐site environments (residential and some commercial)

  • Have their own smartphone and comfort using web-based job apps

  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and/or independent work skills — while embodying professionalism, reliability and a strong work ethic

  • Are focused on growth — becoming better each day at craft, accountability, productivity and communication

Your Credentials

  • Journeyman: Minimum 4 years field experience preferred

  • Apprentice: Minimum 1 year field experience preferred

  • United States work authorization required

  • Valid California driver’s license and good driving record

​
