This 2,500 sq. ft. Laguna Beach home pairs timeless coastal architecture with a custom lighting design that defines every space. White oak floors and tongue-and-groove details are highlighted by recessed LEDs and layered dimming, creating warmth and depth throughout. Outdoor entertaining shines with integrated lighting around the fireplace and built-in BBQ, while expansive deck illumination enhances the Pacific Ocean views and extends the home’s ambiance well into the evening.
